 1. Brief Introduction

 
LU-927M memory type intelligent PID position proportion controller is mainly used for kiln stove temperature control and widely used in ceramics and glass industry.
It can drive the actuator directly without using the servo amplifier.
 
It is compatible with a variety of valve feedback signals,including standard voltage,standard current,3-wire potentiometer,etc..
 
The virtual valve feedback function can automatically track the valve status just by setting the relevant parameters and eliminate the inconvenient connection of feedback signal.
 
It has various control methods and the intelligent control adopts the combined control method of fuzzy theory and traditional PID,which enable the control process quick respond,small over modulation and high precision in stable state,especially has obvious effect on the large pure lag object which is difficult to be controlled by traditional PID.The control algorithm has auto-tuning function.
 
It has rich control methods of set value,it has two setpoint registers,and can switch between external setpoint and event trigger setpoint.
 
It has valve dead zone,control dead zone function and the dead zone range can be set by register.
 
It can achieve the differential algorithm alarm or transform function by setting the parameters of alarm or transform source.
